Health Center of Excellence is defined as interconnected collaborative centers of professional knowledge and skills, which have common applicability to the benefit of all nations around the world. We speak here specifically of medical diagnostic, remote health care and treatment skills and training through knowledge sharing, second opinion, electronic medical records, which will facilitate effective healthcare knowledge deployment without undue concern for distance/local institutional resource.

Besides many partners from EU and USA, on November 13, 2014, HCE has become member and established cooperation with European Connected Health Alliance - ECHAlliance www.echalliance.com. The ECHAlliance and Health Center of Excellence work together at a strategic level to promote connected health initiatives. In May, 2015, HCE has reached an agreement with AMS from Check Republic, Cortrium from Denmark, TakesCare from Poland and DicomGrid from USA.
